Need a little pick me up? ;)

It's weird... I feel like I need to write something right now... but I don't know what... 
Well, I've had this song stuck in my head (excuse me while I ramble) for a long time now. Days actually. It's one of my favorite songs now, but probably won't be if it stays stuck in my head for much longer. It's called "So Small" by Carrie Underwood. I usually have different songs that get me through lower times in my life. Not saying that I have a lot of low times, but just when I need a little pick me up :) I'll just post a few that I love and am always listening :) Ha, I dunno why I'm doing this, but it's worth a shot right?

ExCiTInG nEwS! ;) Suuuurrre...

SO I decided something, my life is sort of boring…

I read all of these people’s blogs that are having babies, getting married, and starting new chapters in their lives. Nope. Not me. So, I just wanted to apologize to everyone hopefully something fun and interesting will happen in my life soon and I will have a post that is actually interesting. ;) Not to say that my life isn’t interesting, because to me, it is and I absolutely love my life right now and couldn’t ask for anything more.

Anyways, I’m going to attempt to tell you all of the “exciting” things that are happening in my life as of right now J

Last week there was a parent meeting for the Miss. Saratoga Springs pageant 2012. Wow. I seriously cannot believe it has been a year. I seriously need my life to just slow down and STOP! I have had way to much fun being Miss. Saratoga this year I can’t imagine it being over! I never want it to end! But, I guess I have to just face the fact that it is ending and that I’m not going to be a queen anymore :( I actually almost started crying believe it or not, even though that sounds pathetic… but it really just hit me that it’s going to end in less than 2 months, and I’m not so sure I’m ok with that. But, as for now I’m just going to enjoy my time right now still being Miss. Saratoga because I still have quite a few more things to do. So it’s not over yet!!! J

Next I went on a date on Saturday J I guess I haven’t really been writing about my dating experiences… so starting now I will because sometimes that can be really entertaining J It was way fun! I just met him and right after I did he called me and asked me on a date J so, anyways we went ice-skating and went to cold stone :) it was a blast! We talked forever and it was just a really good experience.

MMmmmm let me think of sometime else… Oh! Ash, well her team has been doing really good. They actually have officially started their region and have only lost 2 games so far. But, on her game on Tuesday she strained her LCL. Let me just say, she isn’t very happy about it… it has been killing her… but hopefully she will be able to start playing by the end of this week, or next.

I went to see Beauty and the Beast with Jackie, Karly, and Katelyn. That was pretty fun! It was fun to see it huge and in 3D. We were all astonished at all the things we had missed in the movie just watching it normally. Plus it was fun because it was a late movie so there weren't very many people in the theater just us a couple some teens and a big group of girls our age behind us. We just had one big giant sing-a-long :) Party!

School, I don’t know how I haven’t started talking about school yet, but it’s been going great! I’ve learned that actually keeping up on the reading is VERY VERY helpful and making things a million times easier. I figured out that by the end of this semester I will have 28.0 credits…. In 8 months! That’s how many I had over my whole high school year. Wow. It’s crazy to think about… and I’ll be done with my first year of college (yes)! Then I won’t have to tell people I’m a freshman anymore and have them back away in fear….

So that’s my great exciting life for ya! 

Back to School!?

This is super boring, I'm just kind of venting a little bit so don't worry about reading ;)

First week back to school. Well, I don’t really know how to explain. The first day was awful. I started last Wednesday. I’m not going to lie. I didn’t want to be back and it was super stressful and my classes were really overwhelming.  It’s a little difficult to sit in a class and hear all the things you are going to need to do in the class… all in only 14 weeks… a million papers, assignments, and tests. But luckily, It’s a lot better now. The stress is gone and I’ve finally got everything organized! And I’m really not someone to stress over things, but for some reason it was super over whelming. But now I’m actually kind of excited for this semester not really for my classes (American Heritage really isn’t my cup of tea), but to see how I do now that I actually have some idea of what I’m doing.

But, here comes the boring. The classes that I’m taking…

Psychology- (Which is actually what I’m in right now) I’m not a big fan, it’s fun to learn about it, but my teacher is kind of crazy… He goes off about things that really don’t apply to what we are talking about and he keeps going on…. And on… I just don’t like knowing what people think is all, but, it’s a pre-req I have to take for my program.

Book of Mormon-  WAY FUN! I have a hilarious teacher and I have already learned so much! He is an amazing man and it’s an amazing class!

Stats- So far… I actually like it! Weird I know! But, I actually understand it! And I suck at math!  This is kind of a big deal for me! ;)

American Heritage- So far… not going to lie… not so fun… I really think history is fun, but I don’t like politics at all. And that’s all it really is. But I’m sure it will get better.

Music- Piece of cake. Sort of. I took Music 101 which is like into to music. Super easy class for non-music majors. But I just have to say that I’m grateful that I have taken piano. Because now this is my easy class!  ;)

Intro to Health Professions-  I haven’t actually gone to this yet, but I am really excited.

I just can’t believe how much I learned my first semester here. I love the school more and more every time I see it. It’s amazing! I can’t wait for a great, fun, educational semester! :D

Me and Katelyn have a lot in common. A lot. She pretty much is my twin. Ash is my look a like but is nothing like me. Katelyn thinks exactly like me. That’s what worries me. ;)

Some stuff that we love to do:

·      Watch spongebob and laugh so hard.

·      Quote spongebob for everything (“Enchalads!”, Spongebob! “Get out of my taco!”, “Are you Squidward? That’s ok, I’ll wait.”)

·      Eat as much chocolate as we can.

·      Talk about nothing into all hours of the night laughing so hard and getting in trouble.

·      Acting like we are way stupid.

·      Just doing random things.

Things we have in common:

·      We love Spongebob

·      Patrick is our favorite.

·      We are addicted to chocolate

·      We can eat more than men.

·      We like the same stupid ipod games and music

·      We know how to annoy the poop out of Karly and Ashley.

·      We know how to get what we want.

·      We suck at math and school in general.

·      We like playing basketball.

·      We rock at Mario Kart and rock band.

·      We love acting like total creeps.

Anyways. Katelyn is really one of my best friends as well. We always have fun together and laugh our guts out most of the time. I can be my insane self around her, without her getting too creeped.

She is the cutest ever and I’m completely jealous of her good looks and social skills. She has a lot of friends but still stays true to who she is and stands up for her values and standards. She knows who she is and loves her Heavenly Father and Earthly Father more than anything. Another thing we have in common is thinking deeply. She feels things deeper than most people and maybe thinks too hard about things kind of like myself. She knows when she feels the spirit, and has a great relationship with her Heavenly Father. She is a true friend and is so sweet because she doesn’t like people to hate her or have anything against her. She is an amazing girl and I know she will grow up to be a great mother and wife for someone really lucky and special. J If I ever let her get married ;)
